Working Lead Position MUST have experience in a Class “A” Office Building. You may have to cover the afternoon shift for vacations and other time off.
Must have CFC Universal, Electrical and Mechanical experience. Must be a Graduate or currently enrolled in the Local 68 Training Center or your resume will not be sent.
Must be able to manage work orders and schedule maintenance for day-today operations. Must be well versed in HVAC, Electrical switchgear and fire systems and life safety equipment. Location is Upper Bergen County
