Chief Engineer 25807-001
Must have experience in a class A office building with previous supervisory experience.
HVAC Engineer 2506-011
You MUST have HVAC experience, BMS/Class “A” Office experience. Refrigeration Mechanic/Building Engineer, must have experience in commercial kitchen equipment repair Shift- Mon-Fri, Afternoons 1pm-9pm
Maintenance Engineer 2506-010
You must be able to pass Homeland Security Background Check. Must have experience in the maintenance field.
Engineer 2506-009
Must be a Local 68 Training Center graduate or currently enrolled. Shift- Midnights- Sun – Thurs 10pm-6am
Engineer 2506-008
License’s are not required but preferred. Initially you will be working in Wayne and Rockaway, then in August/September you will be moved to Short Hills/Livingston.
Engineer 2506-007
Preferably a Graduate of the Local 68 Training Center with critical system training Shift is to be determined

Blue on Blue preferred. Must be a Graduate of the Local 68 Training Center with Critical System training. Shift is- 11pm – 7am, Wednesday-Sunday
Mechanic 2506-005
Must be a graduate of the Local 68 Training Center or currently attending. Shift is- Afternoons – Mon-Fri

Blue Seal Steam License required
Mechanic/Handyman 2506-003
