You must have heavy duty electrical experience.
NJ Blue Seal Steam license
Must have Data Center/Critical Systems Experience as well as HVAC/DX exp.
Must have Painting/Carpenter experience
Must have Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical as well as Class “A” Building Experience. YOU MUST HAVE BOTH BLACK STEAM AND BLUE REFRIGERATION
Must have Black Seal Steam as well as Heavy Duty Mechanical Experience
YOU MUST HAVE BOTH RED SEAL STEAM LICENSE AND POWERPLANT EXPERIENCE
Must have experience in a class A office building with previous supervisory experience.
You MUST have HVAC experience, BMS/Class “A” Office experience. Refrigeration Mechanic/Building Engineer, must have experience in commercial kitchen equipment repair Shift- Mon-Fri, Afternoons 1pm-9pm
